Anti-Corruption

The Group has implemented an Anti-Bribery Management System (“ABMS”) that outlines processes to identify, prevent and address bribery and corruption risks. Safeguarding Against Corruption

We uphold a zero-tolerance stance on corruption and conduct corruption risk assessments across our operations to identify areas most exposed to unethical practices. These include procurement and tendering, licensing and permits, third-party engagements, financial transactions and community contributions.

Our assessments cover the full spectrum of corruption risks — from bribery and facilitation payments to fraud, embezzlement, and conflicts of interest — and are supported by clear procedures, internal controls, and regular monitoring. For operations assessed as high risk, specific procedures and safeguards are implemented to prevent, detect and respond to potential misconduct.

1

Strict prohibition of bribes and facilitation payments

— whether direct, indirect, one-off or recurring

2

Standardised practices for commissions, hospitality and entertainment

— with receipts required for all claims and a strictly enforced “No Gift” policy

3

Segregation of duties in cash handling, procurement, and financial transactions

— to reduce opportunities for fraud

4

Transparent contractor and subcontractor selection

— with clear accountability to prevent bribery through intermediari

5

Open and transparent quotation processes

— with mandatory disclosure of conflicts of interest

6

Regular audits, spot checks and reconciliations

— to detect irregularities such as cheque fraud, asset misuse or fictitious employees.

Working with Intermediaries

Suppliers and contractors are key partners in our business, and we expect them to uphold the same standards of integrity.
To reinforce this:

Strengthening Governance and Accountability

These safeguards are supported by our wider governance framework, which includes whistleblowing channels, periodic risk assessments and independent audits.

Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to speak up without fear of retaliation, ensuring transparency and accountability remain at the heart of how we operate.
